What Wedding Photo Booth Should You Choose? 5 Tips!

Choosing wedding photo booth tips

A photo booth is a wonderful item to include in your Massachusetts or New England area wedding. Of course a horse trailer photo booth is even better!

It will help loosen your guests up, a photo booth is fun, and it lets them be a part of the wedding and interact with the wedding. It can also be its own experience when you have something like Lucky!

1. Decide what type of photo booth you want.

What photo booth structure will best fit your need? There are traditional indoor booths with 4 sides and privacy. There are photo booths that are cheaper that offer the very basics. There are booths that offer some things but not others. Then there is the new category of booth, like the outdoor photo booths or custom made booths that offer more of an experience and include lots of extras to add to the day.

2. The style of your photo booth should match your wedding.

Are you planning on a glamorous black-tie event? Maybe you should not try to build your own booth with cheap amazon products. Will your wedding be more of a laid-back beach day?  Maybe you should consider the wind and how a booth will work outside for you. Will your wedding reception be in an enormous hotel with plenty of space, or are you planning an outdoor event? If so, maybe something more than than small traditional booth makes sense for you to consider.

3. Find out if your booth will be completely self-contained.

A fully-enclosed or self-contained photo booth is usually the best when it comes to weddings. Some booths are sloppy, or offer the bare minimum for photo ability and props. A self-contained booth with nice sides and backgrounds that contains the camera and everything else gives a much neater appearance and impress your guests much more.

4. Find out what the inside of the booth looks like.

Does the booth look great set up at a wedding? Who is running it? Are they professional? Find photos of the booth set up at a wedding from a distance, is it something you want to see at yours?

5. Determine what is included and how long you have the booth?

Your guests are going to have a great time all night using your booth, you want to make sure it is there long enough. Don’t fall for cheap packages that offer only a few hours, because they know you will need more time and then charge extra to keep it there later. Check what the props look like, how long the booth is around for, and what else might be included.

In closing, check out all your Wedding photo booth options. The MA and NH area have a lot of wedding photo booth options and you should spend some time thinking it over.

As the old saying goes, you often get what you pay for!
